Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food. Your leadership will drive the team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
Duties
- Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu items and specials
- Coordinate catering events and banquets
Skills
