Mobile Maintenance Technician

Mobile Maintenance TechnicianThe Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for traveling to multiple properties to perform general maintenance, repairs, and service requests. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong troubleshooting skills who can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service. Vehicle to be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to assigned properties to complete maintenance and repair tasksPerform general repairs including:Drywall patching and paintingMinor plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, toilet resets)Basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches)Door and window repairs/replacementsComplete exterior maintenance such as:Pressure washingMinor carpentry and trim repairsRailing and deck repairsDiagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions in the fieldCommunicate clearly with property managers, tenants, and team membersDocument work performed, including photos and notesMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided)Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standardsQualifications2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience preferredStrong knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, and electrical systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as neededStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in property management or apartment maintenanceFamiliarity with work order systems or mobile appsBasic understanding of preventative maintenance practicesWork EnvironmentField-based position traveling to multiple job sites dailyWork performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsMay require occasional evening or weekend workAdditional NotesThis position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company positively while on-siteTechnician must be comfortable working alone and in a team environmentHave the ability to make decisions in the field
