The General Manager is responsible for managing all of the café / restaurant's operational functions; ensuring all operational standards and compliance with all company policies; selecting and managing a team of employees while ensuring an environment of service excellence; and ensuring that the café / restaurant meets or exceeds financial goals.Beginning Salary Range: $75,000 - 80,000.
