Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facility Data Manager to oversee and optimize facility-related data management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across facility operations, maintenance, and asset management systems. This role will play a critical part in improving data-driven decision-making, compliance, and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionProvide guidance and best practices for data collection, storage, analysis and visualization in facility data managementDevelop and maintain comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standardsVerify the implementation of facility management software (e.g., CMMS) to track assets, maintenance schedules, and space utilizationEnsure data integrity by conducting audits, validating information, and implementing data quality control measuresCollaborate with IT and facility teams to integrate data systems and improve reporting capabilitiesAnalyze facility-related data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementGenerate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic planningTrain facility management teams on data entry protocols, reporting tools, and system best practicesStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and data management advancementsTranslate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical solutions using Power BI dashboards and Power AppsProficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformationImplement and oversee data governance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policiesEstablish and maintain data quality assurance protocols to ensure reporting accuracy and reliabilityDefine, configure, update, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to organizational requirements and strategic goalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Facility Management, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in facility data management or a similar role.Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.Strong expertise in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and data analytics toolsProficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, KPIs, data governance, and data quality assuranceExperience ensuring reporting requirements are met while maintaining high data quality and reporting accuracyAct as liaison between facility operations, IT, and data teamsProvide user training on dashboards, apps, and data toolsEnsure digital records align with organizational and federal compliance requirementsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support facility teamsKnowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data managementPreferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.Experience with predictive maintenance and facility management solutionsProficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferredBenefitsCompetitive salariesEducation and professional development assistanceMultiple healthcare benefit packages and 24/7 virtual on-demand doctors' visits401KCivic Leave - time off to support your favorite charity or communityPaid time off for personal leave and holidaysJ-18808-Ljbffr
