Assistant Center Sales Manager, Greater Chicago

Our Assistant Manager (ACSM) is responsible for leading our front of house team on creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all EWC Growth core values are consistently applied. As a member of the center leadership team, you will partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPI's + sales through guest acquisition, retention, retail product sales, and team development. This is a full time, hourly position with the ability to travel to multiple center locations throughout the region.Responsibilities: Helps with personnel management, which includes training, scheduling, and coaching associatesSchedules shifts and helps facilitate weekly or monthly Strut or one on one meetingsReviews daily employee timesheets and submits for payroll processingMonitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfactionAdminister check-ins and check-outs as requiredProcess guest payments, refunds, and appointment requests as requiredOrganize the Reservation Book based on Guest requests and Associate availabilityResponsible for educating all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing which will result in package salesHelps develop and implement the store marketing programAssists with inventory (retail and COGS) and reviews all inventory counts on a weekly and monthly basisHelps oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organizationOnboards and trains all new Guest Service AssociatesCo-Leads Strut sessions with Center ManagerResponsible for weekly bank deposits and reconciliation of cash receivedEnsure all areas of the Center, including storage room and desk are neat, clean and organizedPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements2+ years of management experience, preferably in a retail environment; Key Holders strongly encouraged to applyKnowledge of POS systems Knowledge of Computerized Scheduling SystemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills including written communicationStrong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 25 pounds at a timeAbility to travel to multiple center locations throughout the Chicago region Benefits$19-$23 per hour (determined based on experience) + up to $6k in annual commission based on monthly sales targets + additional commission collected on wax passes sold Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k Plan Life Insurance policy Paid parental leave 50% off all retail products Complimentary waxing services at any of our centers!EWC Growth participates in E-Verify.
