Overview"Join Our Team: Souto Foods Seeks Bilingual MERCHANDISER!"About Us:At Souto Foods, we're not just providing customers with the highest- quality products from Latin America and the Carribean, we are also providng the best service in the industry!Position Overview:To organize and maintain product spaces in our customers stores to improve their sales and profitability.ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:Schedule the store set with the owners/managers.Check customer pricing to ensure correct and competitiveCoordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.Monitor stocks products and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.Maintain store shelves and inventory, spaces and organizing with pop material.Build constructive customers' expectations and companies' objectives.Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product / stock. QualificationsDesirable Qualifications:Candidate should have two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years retail experience and good interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlinesStrong customer service and communication skillsBilingual preferredAble to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends
