Lead the Delivery of Next-Generation Data Centers\
HYBRID 50/50 - This will be onsite 2-3 days per week depending on site events
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager, Construction Design Engineering with a background in fundamental understanding of MEP to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects. This is a high-impact role responsible for guiding projects from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover while partnering with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
What you will do:
You will be the Engineering Design teams eyes and voice on the ground during the construction, commissioning, energization, and turnover phases.
Provide technical oversight for critical MEP infrastructure, including electrical distribution, HVAC, cooling systems, fire protection, and controls
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with Tier III+, Uptime, NFPA, TIA, and other industry standards
Drive operational readiness through commissioning, documentation, SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and seamless handover to operations
What We're Looking For
Engineering Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure systems
Experience leading EPC/design-build contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and industry standards such as Uptime, NFPA, IEC, and TIA

Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
