The ideal candidate can work independently, stay safety-focused, and handle physical job duties.Key Responsibilities:Operate a forklift and treating equipmentMix and monitor chemical treating solutionsCalculate correct treatment amounts using provided formulasMonitor treating processes and solve issues as they ariseComplete paperwork and maintain all treating recordsWork with quality personnel to ensure product standardsFollow all environmental and safety proceduresPerform washout procedures when changing treatmentsUse basic computer programs for daily tasksAttend all required safety and job-related trainingOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read tape measures and perform basic mathAbility to learn chemical treatments, wood grades, and speciesAble to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to pass screening requirements and wear a respiratorComfortable using Windows-based programs and spreadsheetsAbility to communicate effectively and solve problemsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and work in tight spaces or at heights when neededWork Environment:Indoor/outdoor setting with exposure to all weather conditions.
