Receptionist

Working onsite, you will report to the Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 10180 West Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89147As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:Greeting patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, managing calendars, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.Updating patient accounts and collecting copays when needed.Handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing general information and empathy.Keeping the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.Helping with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.Required Qualifications:1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also consideredConvey information and maintain a positive tone during callsExperience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflowExperience using tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimizationExperience improving patient care and experienceThis is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
