Summer Marketing Intern

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking curious, hands-on students (and recent grads) to join our Marketing team through a paid internship program. Interns will support content development, customer/market research, product storytelling, tradeshow support and cross-functional project coordination while gaining exposure to the flavor and fragrance industry.Postion DetailsInternship options: 3-month internship (current college students or recent graduates)Pay: $18.00/hour (3-month)Location: Northbrook, ILWork arrangement: In-person, on-siteSchedule: Monday – Friday/40 hours per weekWhat You Will DoSupport marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives for flavor and fragrance solutions.Assist with creating and updating marketing collateral in PowerPoint and Word.Conduct market, category, and customer research; summarize insights and trends for the team.Help coordinate events and trade show preparation as well as attend tradeshow in Chicago week of July 13th.Organize project files and track action items across marketing and cross-functional partners.Minimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing information (basic analysis, tracking, and reporting).Program Highlight: Final Project PresentationTo wrap up the internship, interns will deliver a short capstone project that applies marketing fundamentals to a real business need.
