Technical Program Manager
Role Description
This Technical Program Manager (TPM) role supports a Retirement-focused Financial Services organization by leading the planning and execution of more than 40 new technical capabilities. The position plays a critical role in scaling the business, increasing revenue, and improving operational efficiency by translating retirement-domain business needs into clear, executable technical plans. The TPM acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing timelines, dependencies, governance, and execution risk.

Direct Retirement Financial Services Experience - Hands-on experience within a Retirement division (e.g., recordkeeping, plan administration, annuities, retirement platforms), not just general financial services.
