Position SummarySidney Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient and resident care across settings such as Extended Care, Acute Care, or Rehab. The CNA plays a critical role in delivering person-centered care, supporting daily activities, and assisting the clinical team in maintaining patient safety and comfort.Job Details / ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient/resident care within CNA scopeAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)Monitor and report patient condition, changes, and vital signs (role dependent)Support care plans based on patient-centered choicesMaintain and manage resident equipment and assistive devicesPerform routine department tasks:Cleaning and room setupTreatment preparationScheduling and documentation supportAssist clinical staff with procedures and patient flowEnsure a safe, clean, and organized care environment RequirementsActive Montana CNA CertificationCPR certification (required)Ability to follow established healthcare procedures and protocolsStrong teamwork and communication skills
