Vice President of Product Supply & Operations
The Vice President of Product Supply and Operations is responsible for end-to-end product supply performance across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing and distribution, engineering and continuous improvement, facilities, and capital project execution. This role ensures that product supply capabilities, capacity, and cost structures effectively support the company’s strategic priorities and annual business objectives while delivering consistent service, operational efficiency, and strong financial outcomes.As a key member of the Leadership Team, the VP of Product Supply collaborates cross-functionally to translate strategy into operational execution and develops a high-performing organization positioned to support sustainable, long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Product Supply’s contribution to financial performance, including revenue enablement, profit, cost control, inventory, and asset utilization.Translate long-range and annual operating plans into clear objectives, execution plans, and measurable results.Lead operating (and capital, if applicable) budgeting, forecasting, and in-year performance management.Optimize end-to-end costs across manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and capital deployment.Establish and monitor KPIs tied to financial results, service levels, and operational performance.Ensure reliable, scalable operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution networks.Develop short- and long-term capacity plans to support growth, innovation, and resilience.Partner cross-functionally to align supply strategies with demand, innovation, and customer needs.Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making to enhance cost, service, and productivity.Lead, coach, and develop team members, ensuring accountability and strong performance management.NOTE: This is an onsite position.RequirementsMinimally 10 years experience in food production and logistics management.Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines is required: Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence tools, and relevant Quality and Safety management software.Experience collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Marketing functions on business priorities and challenges.Must maintain a valid CA driver’s license or in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier.PreferredExperience in supply chain management, including integration with manufacturing operations.Familiarity with food safety certification processes (e.g., SQF) aligned with Global Food Safety Initiative standards.Experience with warehousing and distribution operations.
