Role: Program Manager (Power Distribution)Location: Houston, TX12+ Months ContractRoles & Responsibilities:Need to connect actively with customers for new business developmentUnderstand customer products In & Out, By studying their products spec, multiple documentation etc.As trusted thinking partner, Pitch in customer challenges or pain areas and help them with Quest Global proficiencyConnect our internal stakeholders (Multiple Departments) for right or on time solution, when there is dependency to meet customer needs.Monitoring customer business (New products or Digital migration etc.) & support with our expertiseProject and program health, Sales campaigns, delivery led growth, relationship management (MRM, QRM). Acquisition of new projects and purchase ordersOperational metrics, issues/escalations, succession planning, VBU and culture initiatives.Required Skills (Technical Competency):Experienced in Energy domainMBA degree mustBased on customer requirements able to scope the workCan be able to coordinate with offshore team and outsource the workHelp answer team members technical questions. Standard work - creation and maintenance.
