Our Support Center is located Murray, Utah and we are looking for talented people to join our team in supporting the 12,000+ team members who operate our restaurants. We are committed to growing our team through building new stores in our existing brands, acquiring additional stores, and adding even more brands. Our current restaurant brands include Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Sizzler Steakhouse, Dunkin’, Wingstop, Little Caesars, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jamba and Cinnabon. JOB OBJECTIVE The Payroll Specialist’s job is to support several areas of the Payroll department with a focus on new hire and payroll processing in all states in which we operate. The right candidate will be an extremely organized individual who can provide high level support for all functions of payroll. They must be detail oriented and be able to process large amounts of information while maintaining an excellent level of accuracy. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Review incoming new hire information and verify accuracy of data Review time records and process payroll adjustments on a strict schedule Troubleshoot payroll issues and process final paychecks Print payroll checks for bi-weekly payroll run as well as manual checks as needed Support other payroll functions as directed by the Payroll Manager Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in payroll – ADP preferred Strong multi-tasking ability Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality Bilingual in Spanish is a plus If you are looking for a great opportunity to join a company with an exciting path of growth ahead, we want to hear from you!
