General Mechanic

Responsibilities: - Perform general maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. - Diagnose mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions. - Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is in proper working order. - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Mechanic or similar role. - Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues. - Solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices and procedures. - Experience with welding and fabrication is preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. - Flexibility to perform field service work as needed.
