Python/Vue full-stack developer

Our client is one of the world's largest investment management companies, managing close to $2 trillion in assets and headquartered in Southern California. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the first engagement at the client's offices in Irvine, CA as part of a full-scale technology upgrade.What you'll be doingWork closely with business teams, analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCollaborate daily with developers, designers, and IT teams across the full delivery lifecycleDevelop and present recommendations based on analysis of current solutionsParticipate in design and code peer reviews, unit testing, and functional enhancementsIdentify areas for code refactoring and contribute to continuous improvement of development processesOffer well-defended solutions to solve process and project challengesProduce clear technical design documents for both client-facing and internal audiencesResponsibilities:- Development of new UI/backend features;- Building reusable code blocks and libraries for further reuse;- Optimization of application for maximum speed and scalability;- Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders;Mandatory Skills Description:General Requirements:- Proven experience in full stack development.- Strong problem-solving skills, including system design and implementation.- Ability to collaborate effectively within fast-paced, geographically distributed teams.Backend:- Python3, Fast API- Solid understanding of backend architecture and API development.Frontend:- Experience with Vue.js;- Strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices.Database:- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
