Program Manager

ITL Solutions is searching for a new member to join our team as a Program Manager. ITL Solutions is a fast-growing AS9100/ISO 9001:2015 certified Defense Contractor who supports our customers in the Navy/Maritime and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) sectors. We are searching for a new member to join our team to support our Navy focused programs and business development efforts for federal government requirements and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Programs of Record. Experience with Business Development is highly desired. Essential Job Responsibilities · Develop a sustainable opportunity pipeline supporting the growth of ITL · Participate in proposal development, specifically for technical, cost and schedule. · Oversee and manage programs awarded off proposed efforts · Develop leads along with internal and external partnerships and teaming relationships · Engage with customers to identify needs, issues, and desires within target program areas · Work with BD and Planning/Estimating colleagues to shape the environment through strategic customer engagement · Develop associated marketing and briefing materials and present to government customers and potential business partner companies · Collaborate with Capture Management and BD colleagues to identify opportunity gap analysis and identify partners both internal and external to successfully close · Active involvement in solution development · The ability to understand details and present on behalf of any element of the opportunity to customers or leadership · Oversees and evaluates projects and financial results of projects · Represents and Promotes organization in industry trade associations · Able to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Export Controlled (EAR and ITAR) Information · Interested in solving problems · Other duties as prescribed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Knowledge of Federal Government Contracting with a specific focus on U.S. Navy, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, DLA, and U.S. Army, JPEO-CBRND and Special Operations Forces requirements · Knowledge of FAR and DFARS clauses and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts · Understanding of Department of Defense Programs of Record and Program Offices · Familiarity with NSNs, Military Standards, Labeling and Packaging · Operational knowledge of and practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, preferably MS Word and Excel and the knowledge of and practical use of the Internet · Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System · A Valid Driver’s license · Ability to gain access to and drive aboard Federal Government /Military Installations · Ability to lift 40 pounds · Attention to Detail · Excellent communication skills · We will conduct background and reference checks and · An ethics review is part of annual performance appraisals · Willingness to learn!
