Apply via Dice today!Title: Support SpecialistLocation: Mobile, ALDuration: 6 months +Compensation: up to $37 per hourWork Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.The Support Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of manual lettercorrespondence. This role requires utilizing the letter generation system in conjunction with thesystem of record to perform detailed comparisons. The Specialist will verify that all data populated on the generated letters aligns accurately with the information in the system of record and meets the standards outlined in the audit checklist.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Utilizing the manual letter generation system access letter to be audited Access core system and determine data location to be used for comparison Compare data from specific letter to be tested to system of record Record testing outcome either in system utilized for testing or excel spreadsheet Record and define defects either in system utilized for testing or excel spreadsheet Participate in testing based meetings and communicate findings and defects Collaborate with Quality Assurance team member to set up accounts and work throughfindings and defects.EDUCATION & TRAININGHigh School DiplomaSkills & Abilities Display clear and concise written/oral communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to multitask Ability to work in fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to change in direction Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Skilled in problem solving, creative thinking and decision makingAdditional Considerations Competent PC and keyboard skills needed Proficient in Excel Proficient in MicrosoftAbout INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
