Responsibilities: Operate vehicles to transport and deliver parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork. Clean, organize, and maintain the Parts Department, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment in good condition. Assist with shipping and receiving parts, including packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and stocking. Pull parts to fulfill orders for internal and external customers. Stock parts efficiently to maintain inventory levels. Deliver parts to service technicians as needed. Conduct inventory control by tracking, documenting, and ensuring accurate counts and correct placement of parts, maintaining organized parts locations, and following inventory control procedures. Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Report any parts shortages to the parts manager. Follow all safety rules and regulations, assist with safety inspections, and maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to relevant DOT and OSHA safety requirements, including completing required documentation and training. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate various motor vehicles to pick up, move, and deliver parts. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including on-call, nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established guidelines. Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored to customer and coworker needs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing work. Timely completion of required documentation and reports. Willingness to assist others when needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage. Familiarity with office equipment, such as copiers, faxes, and printers. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Openness to learning new procedures, technologies, and organizational structures.
