Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User SupportProvide Tier 1-2 technical support for Windows 10/11 desktops and laptopsSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc.)Troubleshoot hardware issues including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devicesPerform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and replacementsIdentity & Access ManagementCreate, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Azure ADManage password resets, group memberships, and access permissionsSupport MFA and VPN-related access issuesTicketing & Incident ManagementLog, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNowPrioritize tickets according to SLA and business impactEscalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 3 or appropriate IT teamsDocument resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base updatesNetwork, VPN & Connectivity SupportTroubleshoot network and Wi-Fi connectivity issuesSupport Cisco VPN connections for remote usersAssist with basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshootingPrinter & Peripheral SupportTroubleshoot local and network printer issuesInstall printer drivers and manage print queuesSupport scanners and other office peripheralsSecurity & ComplianceFollow IT security policies and best practicesIdentify and report potential security incidents or vulnerabilitiesAssist with endpoint security tools and patching as neededCustomer Service & CollaborationProvide professional, customer-focused support to end usersCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWork closely with infrastructure, network, and application teamsTechnical SkillsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environmentsHands-on experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure ADExperience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systemsUnderstanding of network, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivityExperience supporting printers and peripheralsBasic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and imagingSoft SkillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tickets simultaneouslyAttention to detail and documentationfJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lodi, CA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
