Sr Reporting Analyst

Job DescriptionJob Title: Sr Reporting Analyst- Data Intelligence (Hybrid)Client: Health Care Insurance CompanyDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Fairfax, VA 22031Job Description:Purpose:Drive critical business decisions through metrics analysis and report design. Lead tasks to plan, design, and execute analysis. Oversee enhanced reporting development and acquisition of tools. Prepare complex reports/presentations based on data interpretation. Essential Functions:25%: Brief executives, managers, and SMEs on analysis results and recommendations. Develop solutions and prepare products as per customer requirements. Evaluate alternatives, risks, and costs. 20%: Evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and synthesize high-level and detailed information. 20%: Document requirements, prepare and analyze data, and present findings to clients. Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs. 20%: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and conduct process analysis and studies. 15%: Mentor or serve as a resource for junior Reporting Analysts. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience: 5 years in reporting analysis or data management. In Lieu of Education: 4 additional years of relevant work experience required.
