Process Engineer

We are seeking two experienced Process Engineers to support the expansion of aseptic fill/finish operations. These roles will play a critical part in the design, implementation, setup, and startup of new process equipment supporting fill lines. Key Responsibilities Support the addition and startup of new aseptic filling lines and associated equipment Lead and contribute to design, implementation, and commissioning of process systems Establish and optimize equipment recipes and process parameters Collaborate closely with qualification engineers during equipment qualification activities Provide hands‑on support during equipment startup and ramp‑up Train operations and maintenance teams on proper equipment use and upkeep Ensure effective knowledge transfer at project closeout Equipment Scope Aseptic fill/finish lines (new fillers) Parts washers Autoclaves Semi‑automated inspection lines Container integrity testing systems Bulk tanks supplying product to the lines. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in process engineering within fill/finish environments Demonstrated experience in: Equipment design and implementation Equipment setup and startup Recipe development and process configuration Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including qualification/validation Must have design experience (candidates with only CQV/validation backgrounds will not be considered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
