Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in O'Fallon, Illinois. Our firm specializes in handling complex civil litigation cases with expertise in areas such as toxic tort, product liability, local government matters, and commercial disputes. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining efficiency and value.Responsibilities:• Manage a diverse litigation caseload independently, including local and national accounts.• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for both deposition and trial proceedings.• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions with precision and attention to detail.• Provide comprehensive trial preparation and support to ensure optimal client outcomes.• Analyze and address complex discovery materials to build strong cases.• Maintain accurate and organized time records for billing and reporting purposes.• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop strategic approaches to litigation.• Utilize excellent research skills to support case development and legal arguments.• Work efficiently under deadlines while handling multiple tasks.• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.• Have at least three years of experience in general litigation, toxic tort liability, complex litigation, or environmental liability.• Possess active admission to practice law in the state of Illinois.• Demonstrated expertise in motion practice and conducting depositions.• Proven ability to lead plaintiff and expert depositions effectively.• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.• Exceptional research and writing capabilities to support case strategy.• Adept at multitasking and managing complex legal matters with professionalism.BENEFITS: Medical, dental, visionOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
