Become an integral part of a company that empowers employees to grow professionally while delivering exceptional client experiences every day.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionallySupport financial advisors by preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondenceMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise's CRM and other internal systemsProcess client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policiesCoordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flowAssist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetingsContribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiencyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM softwareAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards
