FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to help others achieve their fitness goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Summary:As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing and overseeing various fitness programs, responding to customer needs, and ensuring a safe and motivating environment for all participants.Normal Shift: VariesKey Responsibilities:Participates in the instruction and functions of a variety of fitness programs and monitors the activities of an assigned area.Assists in developing new fitness programs and/or procedures to ensure efficient implementation of Rec-Plex activities.Communicates effectively to answer questions and concerns.Assists staff with handling difficult situations and makes judgments on how to direct concerns to ensure optimal outcome.Performs general janitorial duties as needed and maintains equipment, facility and environment in a safe and sanitary condition.Qualifications or desired qualificationsMust be 18 years or olderHigh School graduate or GED certificateExperience in teaching swim lessons (desired qualification)First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (desired qualification)This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journey, while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
