Our passion for engineering and commitment to quality run deep, forming the backbone of everything we do.We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machining Centre setter/Operator to join us on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will work as part of a team of skilled engineers setting and operating 3 and 5 Axis Mastsuura machine center’s with Fanuc controls, producing high tolerance Aerospace components in small to medium batches.Setting and operating 3 and 5 Axis Matsuura CNC Machining center’sProgramme Optimization and process improvementIn process inspectionAdhering and maintaining the AS9100 standards throughout all aspects of the businessUnderstand and maintain 5s practicesDevelopment into Section Leader capabilityHours of work are based on a 39 hour week with regular overtime available at 1.5 times standard hourly rate.25 days paid holiday and all public holidays.Salary to range between £35k to £43k dependent on experience.Access to additional employee benefitsFor suitable applicants, this role has fantastic development potential into a Section Leadership role which would also come with additional benefits.
