We deliver high-quality building, renovation, and infrastructure work for a range of federal agencies.About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in federal construction management.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in day-to-day management of federal construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordinationPrepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentationSupport compliance with federal contracting requirements, including FAR/DFAR clauses, Davis-Bacon Act, and agency-specific regulationsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government representatives (CORs/COTRs)Monitor project schedules and budgets, flagging risks and proposing solutionsAssist with procurement, buyout, and subcontract administrationHelp maintain quality control and jobsite safety programs in accordance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standardsSupport project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-builts, and warranty documentation QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field1–3 years of experience in commercial or federal construction (internship experience considered)Familiarity with federal construction processes and government contracting is a strong plusProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar toolsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30-Hour certification preferredMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain or hold a federal security clearance if required Required SkillsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools Preferred SkillsOSHA 30-Hour certification preferredFamiliarity with federal construction processes and government contracting is a strong plus Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchProfessional development support and clear path to Project ManagerA collaborative team environment focused on building lasting careersInterested?
