Lumen Optometric is located in the small town of Sierra Madre, which is nestled between Arcadia, Pasadena, and Monrovia. We're looking for an optometrist (new grads welcome) to join our team to wow patients, help us eradicate myopia and alleviate keratoconic woes! This opportunity is almost like a specialty contact lens residency in that we'll invest in you to help you learn and grow.The clinical experience45-minute exams: 15 min tech-led pretest + 30 min dedicated doctor timeOur daily flow~8-9 comprehensive exams/day w/ 30-minute specialty contact lens visits mixed inTypical max: 10–12 patients/dayFull technician support - they handle all imaging and pretestingWhy We Are DifferentYou’ll have the time and tools to focus on diagnosis, education, and problem-solving, not rushed refractions.
