DescriptionJOB ANNOUNCEMENTSOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALISTA reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a social media specialist in its Pasadena headquarters as detailed below. The Social Media Specialist will work on D.Law's 'Life at D.Law' social media presence. This role is focused on social media storytelling — developing, filming, and appearing in engaging content that highlights our people, culture, and day-to-day life at the firm. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this individual will stay on top of social media trends, generate original content ideas, and ensure all social output aligns with D.Law's brand voice. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable on camera and excited to grow as a content creator.Job Title: Social Media SpecialistJob Location: Pasadena, CA (In-Person)Job Hours: Full-time / 40 hours per week (Mo-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)Starting Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hourBenefits: We provide benefits to full-time employees after a 90-day probational period including health, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401K among other perks.Job Responsibilities Manage our Life page across platforms, staying on top of social media trends and developing creative content ideas that highlight our people, culture, and day-to-day life Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) Collaborate with recruiting and internal teams to showcase events, team moments, and behind-the-scenes content Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metricsMinimum Qualifications Experience managing a brand or company social media account with a strong understanding of platforms and current trends Comfortable being on camera and producing short-form video content Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Creative storytelling ability with a genuine interest in people and culture content Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar Ability to create a comfortable, engaging environment that helps team members feel at ease on camera
