We are unable to sponsorSummary:Brooksource is seeking an Junior Full Stack Developer to support a Global Fortune 500 consulting client and its telecommunications customers in the Dallas metro area. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of cloud-native applications and support modernization efforts, including Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for early-career developers to gain hands-on experience building scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Minimum Qualifications:1+ years of software development experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects)Hands-on experience building web applications using a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and backend development in languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, including familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and authentication concepts (OAuth/JWT)Key Responsibilities:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with established coding standardsParticipate in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software applicationsAssist in building and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party servicesCollaborate with senior developers and architects to implement scalable technical solutionsContribute to code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processesDevelop and execute unit test cases to ensure application reliabilityWork with SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrievalParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues across applicationsUtilize Git and CI/CD pipelines for code versioning and deploymentDocument code, technical processes, and application workflowsWhy Join This Opportunity:Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud and GenAI initiativesWork within a Fortune 500 consulting environment on high-impact modernization projectsBuild Full Stack development skills across frontend, backend, API, and cloud technologiesCollaborate with experienced engineers in a mentorship-driven, Agile team settingAbout Us:At Brooksource, relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
