We’re hiring for a Java Production Support Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.📍 Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid)💼 Role: Java Production Support EngineerRequired Skills:✔ Strong Java coding/debugging skills✔ Production support and application troubleshooting experience✔ Hands-on experience with E2E testing tools – Cucumber, Selenium, Serenity✔ AWS experience✔ CI/CD pipeline experience✔ Excellent analytical and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:• Provide production support and application troubleshooting for Java-based applications• Perform end-to-end testing using Cucumber, Selenium, and Serenity frameworks• Analyze defects, debug issues, and coordinate resolutions with development teams• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities• Work within AWS cloud environments for monitoring and support activities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability and performancePreferred:• Experience working in Agile environments• Exposure to automation testing frameworks and release management
