Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm to address customer needs promptly
Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
Utilize strong communication skills to explain products or services clearly and confidently in multiple languages when applicable
Enter data accurately into company systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software applications
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service continuity
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes efficiently
Assist with client services by processing payments, handling cash transactions when necessary, and ensuring accuracy in all dealings
Requirements
Fluent in English; multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Previous experience in call centers or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly yet professional demeanor
Attention to detail for accurate data entry, analysis skills for understanding customer needs, and quick typing abilities
Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $600.00 - $850.00 per week
