We provide our clients with environmental compliance while inspiring change by preserving and protecting our most precious natural resourcewater.The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).Specific duties include:Assist leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosionIdentifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repairOperating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailerCompleting maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expensesCoordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is requiredConducting brief but regular safety trainingsPosition Requirements:Background check, driving record review, DOT physical, and drug test are part of the pre-employment process.Maintaining a DOT Health Card and insurable status under the company auto policy are an ongoing requirements of this position.Possess an analytical approach to stormwater drainage managementProficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)The ASDM must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per weekAble to perform duties in all types of weather conditions in order to monitor effectiveness of SCMsThis position is designated as safety-sensitive and involves operating DOT-regulated vehicles, which requires inclusion of marijuana in the drug testing program.Location: St. Cloud, MNCategory: Environmental ServicesFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimeExempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptNumber of Openings: 1Base Compensation Min: $18.00 / Hr.Base Compensation Max: $22.00 / Hr.EOE Statement: AQUALIS Stormwater Management is strongly committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of harassment, discrimination and inequality.
