Payer Enrollment Coordinator

Job Title: Payer Enrollment Coordinator Work Mode: Onsite Duration: 6 Month (Possible Extension) Location: Cumberland, RI, 02864 Pay: $25/hr. Key Responsibilities: Complete Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment applications for behavioral health providers/groups. Handle provider credentialing, revalidations, and enrollment follow-ups. Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in systems. Coordinate with providers, credentialing teams, AR teams, and regional directors to resolve enrollment/claims issues. Manage payer web portal access and related tasks. Attend team/client meetings and support process improvements. Required Skills: Good communication and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site. Ability to manage documentation and follow-up tasks efficiently. Preferred Experience: 1–2 years in provider enrollment, credentialing, insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Behavioral health enrollment experience is a plus. Insurance background is considered transferable. Freshers/open-to-learn candidates may also be considered. Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
