Dough Maker

Do you love working hands-on? Blaze Pizza is looking for a dough maker! The Dough Maker would be responsible for making all the dough for the restaurant throughout the week. This is a hands-on job that allows you to follow quick, easy steps from mixing the dough, proofing, portioning the dough, and shaping the dough into balls. Responsibilities: • Work with regular flour and gluten-free dough • Measure and mix ingredients accurately • Understand how to monitor dough fermentation and proofing • Maintain dough consistency and quality control • Correctly weigh and portion the dough, and shape the dough balls accurately • Operate machinery safely and efficiently • Properly prepare and store food ingredients • Display a sense of urgency and hustle throughout the shift • Maintain a clean guest view and work area • Follow safety procedures (food and personal) • Be willing to assist in other daily tasks during downtime in the dough-making process • Arrive for work on time for all shifts • Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform • Deliver a service experience that ignites joy in guests • Warmly greet and interact with guests • Ensure every guest leaves happy and resolve all challenges utilizing L.I.F.T.S.
