You'll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly.You'll:Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverablesTake clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetingsAssist with campaign pacing and retainer trackingCommunicate with clients to share updates and gather feedbackLearn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and executionCreate and compile data reports with guidance from media teamSupport the team in identifying account growth opportunitiesStay on top of performance marketing trends and best practicesCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goalsComplete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledgeRequirementsMust-Have Experience:1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing settingBasic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organization and time management skillsProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing careerComfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environmentNice-to-Have Experience:Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUpFamiliarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting toolsSome hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QAUnderstanding of project coordination in a client-facing environmentAI Expectations At Level, AI is a skillset—not a shortcut.In this role, you'll be expected to:Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to improve how you workShare your prompts, process improvements, and ideas with the teamExperiment regularly and refine your workflows over timeEmbrace discomfort as part of the learning processApply AI tools to increase your speed, clarity, and creativity—not to replace thoughtful workOur Core ValuesNo Ego, All In We don't do "that's not my job."
