Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate outgoing Preschool Lead Teacher to join our small group of 3's/4's (Only 6 students maximum) from 9am-1pm (must have preschool experience) The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children ages 3-4.5. Responsibilities - Co-develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals - Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages students' social, emotional, and cognitive development - Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed - Communicate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met - Create a safe and inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and respected - Incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of child development principles and early intervention strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus - Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous Join our team as a lead teacher and play a vital role in shaping the future of our young learners!
