You’re organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a gallery that values innovation, elegance, and excellence.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with private collectors, interior designers, architects, and corporate clientsDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsImplement a strategy for bringing new clients to the gallery.Manage gallery social media accounts and digital marketing campaignsCreate technical sheets, artist bios, and promotional materialsSupport graphic design needs for exhibitions, events, and online contentAssist in planning and hosting gallery openings, private viewings, and PR eventsProvide personalized tours and consultations for clients and visitorsCoordinate logistics for artwork packing, shipping, and installationMaintain the gallery’s pristine appearance and welcoming atmosphereHandle administrative tasks, including scheduling, emails, and client follow-upsRequirements Bachelor’s degree - A background in art is a plus.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Photoshop a plus)Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for special eventsSchedule Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMWeekend and evening availability required for select eventsFluency in Spanish and English is required.Occasional nights or Saturday time are required for special events.Art of the World Gallery is an Equal Opportunity Employer and seeks diversity in its workforce.Job Type: Full-timeBasic salary: $48,000 plus commission.
