We offer a collaborative environment where employees are supported, empowered, and encouraged to grow while making a meaningful impact for clients and communities.Position: Temporary Deposit Operations SpecialistLocation: Mandan, North DakotaPosition Type: Temporary – 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities• Perform a variety of deposit operations functions including processing exception items, balancing official bank checks, processing return items, and verifying endorsements on large items• Process notices, statements, reclamations, addendas, ACH non-post reports, incoming batches, and Federal Reserve/Bank files while meeting established deadlines• Provide high-quality support and solutions for internal and external customer inquiries and perform miscellaneous account maintenance• Maintain procedures and historical records in accordance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and compliance standards• Utilize various banking systems and software to complete operational tasks accurately and efficiently• Remain up to date on compliance regulations, bank policies, and operational proceduresQualifications• One to three years of banking, deposit operations, or related experience preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Excellent communication and customer service abilities• Ability to prioritize multiple and sometimes competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment• Proficiency with banking systems, operational processes, and regulatory requirements preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer• Competitive pay• Valuable banking and operations experience within a growing community bank• Collaborative and supportive team environment• Opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational work and customer service excellence
