We foster a culture where employees are empowered to grow, challenge the status quo, and make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the mill and farm operations ensuring systems stay up and running across a fast-paced environment.Provide phone/WebEx support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mill/farm technical systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real timeSupport devices including Cisco IP phones, RF scanners, Kronos time clocks, and mobile devicesBuild, image, and deploy new equipment while managing inventory and leasesPartner with farm and mill teams to resolve system issues remotely and on-siteContribute to process improvements, documentation, and training materialsParticipate in after-hours and on-call supportWhat Success Looks LikeYou’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your environment.
