The ideal candidate will utilize strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department Perform patient assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation Administer medications and treatments per protocols and standards Document patient care accurately in EMR (Epic) Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Prioritize patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately Participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions Required Qualifications: Active RN license (Wisconsin) Minimum less than 1 year ER experience accepted (preferred experienced candidates) BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required) TNCC or TNS (Required) NIHSS Certification (Required) RN education verification required CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295537.
