The US Corporate HQ is located in Indianapolis, IN.This position will be on-site at the Indianapolis, IN officeAbout the RoleManufacturing Production Associate will perform the activities associated with being a member of the production team in a quality accredited company: performing inspection, kitting, assembly and testing and service of Nanosonics consumables product.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming inspection, kitting, assembly, testing and service of Nanosonics productAssembly of components to build sub-assemblies and finished devicesAssist in the diagnostic of faulty products and conduct basic repairsTest & pack products in the established time framesAssist in final product releaseMaterial handling- moving components and assemblies through production processes, including operations in the warehouse when material handler is not availableAssist others team members in non-conformance investigations as requiredAssist Warehouse team if requiredPerform Service repairs of customer and loaner devicesFilling out the correct daily documentations (Line Clearance, Torque Testing, ESD Testing and Work Orders)Participation in audits and collaboration with key functions within Nanosonics business will be required.Ensure the working area is kept in a clean and tidy condition within the 5S guidelinesComply with Quality Management System policies and proceduresComply with Workplace Health and Safety, and Quality proceduresGenerate and maintain records/documentation required by ISO13485 and FDA QSRAll duties are to be carried out in accordance with work instructions and procedures. Workmanship and quality are to be in accordance with the relevant quality standards.
