Our team thrives on teamwork, quick thinking, and creating unforgettable experiences for every player.This position offers competitive pay at $17.31 per hour, plus an impressive average tip rate of approximately $21 per hour. There is no tip pooling. What you earn is what you keep. Your responsibilities will include:Hosting and managing a variety of table gamesInteracting with players in a friendly, professional mannerShuffling and dealing cardsHandling bets, payouts, and transactions accuratelyEnsuring all gaming rules, safety practices, and internal controls are followedMaintaining a positive and engaging gaming experience for all guestsThis role primarily involves swing and night shifts, when the casino is at its busiest, offering a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of guest interaction.What Matters MostSkillsSuccess in this role comes from a blend of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
