This is an exciting opportunity for a General Surgeon to enjoy an excellent quality of life, while working alongside highly trained physicians and support staff.SCHEDULE3 weeks per month- 5 ten-hour days/week (MondayFriday)Total of 180 weekday shifts per year2 weekend days per month- 24 shifts per yearPRACTICE ENVIRONMENTWork alongside a dedicated, high-performing care teamOur Surgicalist is supported by an experienced team of surgical PAs who assist in the OR and play a key role in managing floor rounding and patient care.Hospital-based with no clinic responsibilities, option to pick up clinic timeQUALIFICATIONSActive New York State medical license and DEABoard Certified or Board Eligible in General SurgeryRECRUITMENT PACKAGESt. Josephs Physicians offers an excellent compensation and benefit package including:Base Salary: $290,000 $315,000 annuallyThe posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
