Project Manager- Heavy Civil / Water Infrastructure

Syblon Reid is hiring a Project Manager with 6+ years of construction experience to lead heavy civil projects in a self-perform environment . A Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree is preferred.Ideal candidates will have experience managing heavy civil work and working knowledge of mechanical components tied to civil infrastructure, including valves, piping systems, pump stations, gates, hydraulic structures, and related equipment installation, testing, and startup support .Responsibilities include:Managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controlsLeading submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract administrationCoordinating field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clientsReviewing plans and specifications for constructability and scopeSupporting safe, timely, and high-quality project executionOverseeing project closeout, testing, and turnoverPreferred background:Heavy civil constructionSelf-perform operationsUnderground utilitiesWater/wastewater or hydraulic infrastructureMechanical systems within civil projectsQualifications:6+ years of Project Management or related heavy civil experienceConstruction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferredAbility to demonstrate strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with HCSS HeavyJob and HeavyBid, Vista Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD a plusAbility to lead both field and office coordinationMust be authorized to work in the USBenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
