Lyra is transforming access to life‐changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI‐powered platform combining the highest‐quality care and technology solutions.About The RoleAs a Care Navigator, you'll be managing crises, providing in‐the‐moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high‐quality, evidence‐based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in‐person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email. It's important that you're comfortable adopting new technology platforms and have a growth mindset.Shift ScheduleSunday – Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm PT (10:30 am – 7:00 pm MT / 11:30 am – 8:00 pm CT / 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm ET)Tuesday – Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm PT (10:30 am – 7:00 pm MT / 11:30 am – 8:00 pm CT / 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm ET)Weekends include a 10% shift pay differential.Remote: remote candidate must be located within the United States.ResponsibilitiesUsing evidence‐based interventions, skillfully manage client crises, providing brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de‐escalation with the goal of connecting the client to treatment.Identify roadblocks to clinical care options for our clients using Lyra's proprietary software and other methods to connect clients to the ideal treatment, based on specific needs and preferences.Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi‐need clients.QualificationsMaster's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered (with the exception of the RN license).Must have at least two years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, and related experience.EAP/clinical call center experience preferred.Must be bilingual, Spanish‐speaking.Significant experience managing high‐risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting).Must be a full‐time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
