Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical expert on Oracle Cloud EPM, advising the development team on best practices, optimization strategies, and system improvements.Provide mentorship and support to less experienced developers, continually enhancing the team’s technical capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure that EPM modules align with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.Oversee and troubleshoot the monthly cycle processes that run overnight, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that arise.Recommend enhancements to existing EPM applications, and contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM updates and ensure the team is leveraging new features effectively.Required Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM applications, with the ability to advise and lead technical discussions and decisions.Mentorship: Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams, especially those with varying levels of experience.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving issues within the EPM monthly cycle processes.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Other EPM Applications: Familiarity with other EPM applications is highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM in large enterprise environments.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time.Knowledge of best practices for data management and security within EPM applications.
