With strong lead flow and a reputation built on quality products and expert installation, we are looking to hire an experienced and professional Selling Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Baltimore market.As the In-Home Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, enjoys developing talent, and knows how to motivate a team to consistently win.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales teamRun a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps as a hands-on training toolProvide in-home support to reps, including closing assistance and deal strategyMonitor team performance and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goalsConduct cancel-save appointments to recover and retain potential salesPartner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize close ratesLead ongoing sales training meetings to keep the team sharp and improvingSet clear expectations and accountability standards aligned with company goalsRequirements5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day / in-home sales preferred)2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferredProven leadership and team development skillsStrong closing ability and the ability to coach others to closeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsComfortable using technology (iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts)Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentivesStrong, consistent lead flowOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companySupportive leadership and team environmentOngoing training and development
