Behavioral Technician - TLP - Cambridge Springs, Pa.

Position Full-time, Non-Exempt Qualifications High School Diploma is required. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. Background checks are required within 30 days of hire. Job Summary Behavioral Technicians are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Technicians will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities. This position will also be responsible for writing individualized service plans and court reports. Work Hours Hours worked are primarily second shift and working some weekends.
